Along the semesters, we have developed some policies that are meant to help establishing a productive environment by avoiding misunderstandings.

They are not cast in stone, and you are welcome to discuss one or the other for refinement or improvement.

No Gift Policy. Please do strictly stick to this general policy towards me. You should never ever think of giving me any gift.. under any circumstance. Please do not be upset that I return your gift. Your success is my best reward. However, you can make a gift to the Lab (through the UNL Foundation) when you become a millionaire, or even before that, when you start working.
