Your grades are a reflection of how seriously you are about your studies. As long as you are a student and are considering applying for scholarships or other academic programs, it is extremely important that you maintain a top GPA.

  1. If your grades on the GRE or TOEFL are not stellar, keep training for the exam and retaking it.

  2. If you feel that your grade in a class is 'going south,' quickly approach the instructor and enquire about additional work that you may do to get your grade where you want it to be.

  3. If you have a bad grade in any given class, seriously consider retaking it to remove the bad grade from your record, even if you have passed the class.
